The Museum Angewandte Kunst, Frankfurt, has designed a space with changing exhibits that illustrate the content and biographical context of Rams’ designs. Timeless furniture can be found alongside his famous designs for Braun, the designs have been given to the museum on permanent loan by the company. In collaboration with the Dieter und Ingeborg Rams foundation, the museum is also setting up an archive of Rams’ personal files and photographic legacy.
