Customer-centred design and its implications, the combination of design with values related to our times, and concrete suggestions to enhance designers’ creativity and productivity are just some of the topics covered at the conference.
Speakers include Josh Clark, director of Big Medium, who will explore the role of design in the age of algorithms, designer Signe Roswall, calling for active engagement with the design scene with her motto of “Stop complaining, start designing”, and Cynthia Savard Saucier, UX Director at Shopify, who will talk about bad design and its influence on the emotions and actions of users.
