Iraq, Ukraine, Israel – in 2014, not a day passed without news about the wars in these countries. When we chose war as our main topic a year earlier, we could not have foreseen how relevant it would become. On the contrary, we would have gladly done without this relevance. For us, when dealing with this topic, it was and still is primarily about not forgetting that design is directly involved in every war, and that war and violence in particular are designed with the highest precision.
