Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal
60487 Frankfurt am Main

Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received service and benefits (e.g., benefits of use) in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value insofar. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of its properties and functionality. "Examination of properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail store. Items that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if, at a higher price of the item at the time of withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be picked up from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your declaration of withdrawal or the item, and for us with its receipt.

Note: According to § 312d (4) No. 3 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for distance contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, and illustrated publications, unless the consumer has submitted their contractual declaration by telephone.
