To quit while you're ahead, that is high art. This special edition of form proves it. It is a jubilee and double issue (300+301) and at the same time (for now) the last printed form.

This last form brings to an end a history spanning over 66 years, at the beginning of which stood four gentlemen who themselves did not expect more than four issues to appear. Founded in 1957, form was more a cultural than a purely design magazine. form was dedicated in the broadest sense to the fine arts, and it is precisely with them that this journey should end more than half a century later.

One last time, we are releasing this iconic magazine with two main themes: beauty and the form anniversary. The issue includes topics such as AI beauty, the design history of the mirror, the Museum of Things and "Gute Form" (Good Form), subcultures, the ugly, a studio visit with one of the most important protagonists of New German Design, a critical analysis of grids and their influence on beauty ideals, and much more. To do justice to the larger scope, the last form will have more pages.
