form x Charlotte Rohde

The "form follows deeper feelings" shirt is a collaboration between form and the type designer and artist Charlotte Rohde. Rohde's work is characterized by a playful yet political approach to typography and its spheres of influence. Her idea of understanding (type) design as an extension of the body and as a feminist medium makes her one of the most interesting current designers. Design can be non-functional but emotional and thus serve a queer/inclusive perspective, according to Rohde. The shirt gives this maxim a form.
