The second form Edition is a photograph by Gerhardt Kellermann. The motif was created for the focus of form 253.

One of the Swiss products mentioned in the "Land of Design Switzerland" issue is the Rako-Box from the Utz company. The standardized universal container is produced in various sizes and is stackable. A wall of Rako-Boxes, the motif of the second form Edition, was created during the photoshoot for the Switzerland issue.

Gerhardt Kellermann founded his own studio in Munich in 2012 after working for designers such as Sam Hecht, Nitzan Cohen, and Herbert H. Schultes. In addition to his work as a photographer, as a trained industrial designer, he designs products on commission or on his own initiative. His minimalist design, which is expressed in reduced forms, a sensitivity for surfaces, and skillful lighting, is reflected in both his photographic and three-dimensional works. His years of collaboration with the Portuguese product designer Ana Relvão led them to found Studio Relvão Kellermann in 2014, where they jointly develop products for clients such as Bulthaup and Auerberg. Relvão previously gained her experience in product design at Miguel Vieira Baptista, Stefan Diez Office, and Designaffairs.

The hand-signed photograph is printed on glossy photo paper, and the edition is limited to 50 copies (plus 1 AP).

Since 2013, the form publishing house has been issuing editions by renowned designers. The editions are limited-edition objects from the fields of graphic design, photography, and product design and are sold both through the form shop and presented at international design events and trade fairs.
