Visitors to the See-Conference had to wait for two years, as the 15th edition of the event was postponed several times due to the pandemic. But now the time has come again: On April 9, 2022, the conference will once again take place at the Schlachthof in Wiesbaden, organized by the Bilder der Zukunft association. Officially subtitled "the conference for the visualization of information", sustainability topics have increasingly dominated the speaker list in recent years.
Creatives and thinkers from the fields of design, art, architecture, journalism, philosophy, technology, and business will speak on Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. Invited guests include Ditte Lysgaard Vind, designer and expert in circular economy, illustrator Noma Bar, fashion designer Reet Aus, Zeit art director Malin Schulz, and Christina Varvia, founding member of the research collective Forensic Architecture.
Various regional caterers will provide the culinary offerings. The entire event is organized by the creative agency Scholz & Volkmer, on whose campus the see-Camp will take place the next day, April 10.
